We’re looking for a Business Development Director to join our growing recruitment company based in the South East of England, dedicated to providing compliant, ethical, and high-quality labour solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in recruitment sales or client acquisition who thrives on building long-term partnerships and opening new doors within the GLAA sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development initiatives to identify, target, and secure new clients within the GLAA and associated industries including Logistics, Hospitality etc.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring continued growth and client satisfaction.
* Work closely with the recruitment and compliance teams to deliver tailored, ethical labour solutions.
* Provide market intelligence, insight, and strategic recommendations to help shape business growth plans.
* Represent the company as a trusted recruitment partner at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in business development or recruitment sales, ideally within the GLAA or labour supply sector.
* Strong professional network and understanding of compliance within regulated industries.
* Confident communicator and negotiator, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive, ambitious, and commercially minded with a “can-do” attitude.
* Organised, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
