Role Overview
A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Coordinator will maximize revenue in group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
What will I be doing?
1. Receive and convert incoming inquiries to meet targets and maximize revenue
2. Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
3. Manage an events schedule to optimize yield
4. Implement a consistent up-selling approach
5. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
6. Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds
7. Ensure complete administration and execution of all events
8. Participate in hotel promotional activities
