1. Your New Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher
Ensure pupils remain on task using preset work
Manage classroom behaviour and keep lessons running smoothly
Support students by answering questions and encouraging participation
Work across a range of subjects (no subject expertise required)
