They are now looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with strong clinical skills and clinical background to join their team. Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents with complex health needs.
* Carry out clinical assessments, create care plans, and regularly review progress.
* Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes in line with NMC standards.
* Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
* Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe, well-managed nursing environment.
* Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the home.
* Full-Time position with a salary of £19-£21 per hour.
Qualifications
* NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
* Previous experience in a nursing home, complex care, or disability setting is desirable.
* Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of residents with complex health conditions.
