Eaton Syalon are partnering with a highly respected construction engineering business to recruit a Sales Engineer across South East Region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in groundworks, civil engineering, formwork, technical construction sales or a design office background looking to move into a client‑facing commercial role.
This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven position where you’ll be out on the road across the South East region meeting clients, visiting projects, managing live jobs and working closely with contractors and engineers.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion
* Building and developing relationships with contractors, engineers and consultants
* Visiting customer sites across the South East London region
* Reviewing and understanding technical drawings and project requirements
* Preparing quotations and managing customer expectations
* Supporting clients with technical product applications and solutions
* Developing new business opportunities alongside existing accounts
* Managing project pipelines and forecasting opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within construction, groundworks, civil engineering or formwork
* Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings
* Commercial awareness and relationship‑building ability
* Confident communication skills across all levels
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Full UK driving licence is essential
