Overview
Store Associate role at Barnardo's. In this role you will support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store, maintain high standards of presentation and customer service, and contribute to achieving store targets and profits. You will have responsibilities while also the opportunity to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side.

Responsibilities
* Support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service to make the store attractive to customers and a good working environment for colleagues.
* Lead and coach the store team to maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.

* Well-organised with strong communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop in a store leadership role.
