We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager across various sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering excellent communication and working relationships with all staff in clinical and non-clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Administration Team, Porters, Post Porter, Drivers, Domestics, Hairdresser, and Health Centre Co-ordinators to ensure the continuous delivery of comprehensive services, including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary and grievance issues, training and development, sickness absence monitoring.
* Manage staff accommodation in accordance with the Housing Act and Trust procedures, addressing improper use, complaints, and landlord requests related to evictions.
* Ensure all contracted services provide quality services in accordance with specifications and legislation, achieving value for money within financial limits. Take appropriate action if contractors fail to meet obligations.
* Oversee procurement of contracts, including preparation of re-tendering documentation, writing specifications, and awarding contracts.

Person Specification:
* Managerial experience within a similar role
* Extensive knowledge of soft facilities management
* Full UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various sites
