Administrator - Temporary Maternity Cover
Location: Sittingbourne
Start Date: January
Hours: Monday - Friday, either 9am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Are you an experienced administrator looking for an opportunity starting in January? We're currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis covering maternity leave. This is a fully office-based role and ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting a busy technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
* High-volume data entry
* Creating reports and maintaining accurate records
* Transferring and processing data from technicians
* Using the in-house system Gradlab (training provided)
* Working confidently with Microsoft Excel and Word
What We're Looking For:
* Previous administration and/or data entry experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office packages
* Experience using Gradlab is beneficial, but not essential
