Job Overview
Community-led social enterprise dedicated to reducing waste, supporting families, and promoting circular economy practices are looking for a motivated and organised Hub & Digital Assistant to support their Operations Manager in managing donations, processing stock, and helping to fulfil online orders.
This is a trainee-style role with opportunities to develop new skills in digital sales, e-commerce, and social media.
You’ll be part of the team launching new online sales channels, gaining hands-on experience in both hub operations and digital retail.
The role will suit someone who is practical and reliable, but also curious about how digital platforms and marketing can support a growing social enterprise.
Negotiable part time hours with a minimum of 14 hours per week, typically 2-3 days which can be flexible to suit candidate.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
* Support the Operations Manager with all aspects of donation processing.
* Sort, categorise, and prepare incoming donations for sale or redistribution.
* Assist in maintaining a tidy, safe and organised stockroom and hub environment.
* Help prepare and pack orders for their new digital sales channel
* Tag, label and quality-check stock.
* Support the team with seasonal re-stocking and displays.
* Participate in occasional stocktakes and inventories.
* Carry out light manual handling and lifting (with appropriate training).
* Assist with basic digital tasks such as photographing products, preparing listings, or drafting social posts. (training provided)
* Contribute ideas to help improve digital customer experience.
