Pay: £13.10 per hour + holiday pay = £14.68 This company have a 4 stage pay grade system - there is potential for a pay rise within weeks once skill is displayed.
Working Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm Full-time | Temp to Perm
Net Temps are recruiting experienced Precast Concrete Caster for our well-established client based in Doncaster (DN5). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer offering long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent role.
To be considered, you must have:
Previous experience in precast concrete production (essential)
Strong measuring, setting-out, and drawing interpretation skills
Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
(No CSCS card required this is a factory-based role)
Key Responsibilities of the Concrete Caster
Read and work accurately from detailed engineering drawings
Set up timber moulds
Lay natural stone, brick slips, or prepare moulds for architectural concrete
Install reinforcement cages, ensuring correct cover is maintained
Accurately fix cast-in items, lifters, anchors, and associated ancillaries
Pour and finish concrete using trowels, floats, and hand tools
Strip moulds, clean down, and reset for continued production
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Work safely and confidently with overhead cranes
