EARLY YEARS NURSERY TEACHER (FIELD HOUSE DAY NURSERY, KENILWORTH)
Tommies Childcare is hiring for an Early Years Teacher or Level 6 Qualified Nursery Practitioner at Field House Day Nursery in Kenilworth. Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0–5 years. This role focuses on delivering high-quality early education and care, with creativity and compassion.

Responsibilities
* Plan and develop rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all children to develop, and meets their individual needs
* Make accurate and effective assessments, reflecting the needs, interests, and stages of each child, through supporting the delivery of the key person approach
* Ensure the environment provides consistent, stimulating and inspiring activities for the children, across both indoor and outdoor areas
* Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships
* Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding
* Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
The ideal candidate will have
* Previous experience working within the Early Years sector
* Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
* Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children

Additional Information
* Salary: £28,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week
* Working Schedule: Monday – Friday
