Salary to £65K The Role Planning: design, procurement, installation, commissioning Budgeting ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Scheduling: Manage timelines and resources efficiently Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and engineers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards Requirements 5+ years experience managing HVAC or air conditioning projects Running multiple projects in value from £25k - £900k. In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices. Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
