As Value Stream Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing cross-functional projects and production planning
* Capacity planning within budgeted cost and staffing levels
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of components
* Driving manufacturing efficiencies and continuous improvement
* Ensuring compliance with quality, health, and safety standards
* Reporting weekly KPIs to senior management
As Value Stream Manager, your experience will include:
* 3+ years in a management/supervisory role within engineering or manufacturing
* Proven success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
* Excellent communication and data analysis skills
* High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
