Your Role A multi-skilled position covering all aspects of production across the flour mill. The position is based on a shift system of four on/four off which is two days & two nights. The position reports to the Site Operative Team leader. Your Responsibilities Work within the Company Safety and Health guidelines adhering to the critical life standards policy. Ensure all food safety compliance requirements are maintained within the plant. Working to Production targets to ensure performance excellence across site. Laboratory testing of wheat & flour to ensure high quality standards. Accurate completion of all documentation as required. Support other Site functions such as Weighbridge ,Warehouse & Hygiene when required. Your Profile An effective team member. Effective oral and written communication within operations. Problem solving abilities to analyse situations objectively and reach logical solutions. Food process experience is ideal but not essential and training will be provided. Computer literate. Current FLT training certificate is ideal but not essential as training will be provided. Advance NABIM qualification is an ideal but not essential and full training and development is provided.
