What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting the M&E Accommodation Team designing and delivering M&E delivery projects across the full BT portfolio- BT Telephone Exchanges, Data Centres and Core Mobile Sites
2. Support the introduction of new systems, processes and equipment. You will work closely with the System development team, supporting from a delivery requirement aspect, fine tuning the solutions to suit delivery and customer requirements.
3. Responsible for developing and issuing Guidance Briefings for introduction of new processes, tools, systems, new customer requirements or any changes with BT Policy that may impact our delivery.
4. You will work closely with the M&E Architecture, capacity management and Accommodation planning teams, supporting our customers and stakeholdersAbility to challenge suppliers, team members and peers on site solutions where applicable
5. You will become the go- to within the delivery team for technical and process support
6. Highlight any Best Practice or improvements to ensure continued improvement
7. Ensure all M&E solutions and developments are delivered efficeintly, with stakeholder engagement throughout design, testing and deployment.
8. Support the team with development and coaching
9. Ensure H&S compliance at all times- complete all required H&S checks and assurance
10. Ability to make business critical decisions that benefits BT
11. Track and report Operational costs of system developments

Delivers work with full regard of H&S aspects. Carries out on-site risk assessments giving careful consideration to any
hazards before starting work and as the work progresses. Inform manager and record near misses/incidents. Is
comfortable challenging and asking others to display their ID passes when on BT premises. Complies with all ISO Audit
Requirements, including 14001 and 45001.
Skills Required for the Role
12. Knowledge and understanding of BT’s core network and exchange architecture
13. Application development understanding
14. Strong level of IT skills in MS Office 365, Power platform.
15. Stakeholder management
16. Strong communications skills, verbal and written
17. Able to forge relationships with planning manager peers, matrix direct reports and the wider technical community
18. Ability to influence and resolve conflicts of prioritisation within the business
19. Commercial awareness
20. Ability to support, coach and develop the wider team in IT skills
21. Ability to manage performance effectively
Experience Required for the Role
22. Business expertise in delivering to a business prioritised workstack.
23. Working with stakeholders managing conflicts in delivering enablement solutions in a timely manner at optimum cost.
24. Working with internal and external partners to deliver to quality and time requirements.
