Responsibilities
* Support the AI & Automations Manager in designing, building, testing, and maintaining AI‑driven solutions.
* Engineer, refine, and maintain AI prompts, prompt frameworks, and reusable prompt patterns.
* Build and support automations, workflows, and integrations across business systems.
* Write, review, and maintain code used in AI pipelines, automation logic, data handling, or system integrations.
* Translate business and operational requirements into effective AI and automation solutions.
* Explore, recommend, and implement process and AI performance improvement.
* Support data collection, analysis, and insight generation to improve AI outputs and workflows.
* Document prompts, workflows, decisions, and system logic clearly.
* Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively across the business.
Required Skills & Experience
* Tech‑confident – comfortable with coding, AI models, prompt engineering, automation tools, APIs, and modern software systems.
* Technical capability (required): strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in:
* AI prompt engineering and prompt optimisation.
* Working with large language models (LLMs) and AI‑assisted workflows.
* Coding in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
* Automation platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
* Logical problem‑solving, debugging, and structured thinking.
* Working with data, outputs, and performance feedback loops.
