Project Group Supervisor Label Services Location: Craigavon Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Salary: Competitive Business Unit: Clinical Services Open to: Internal & External Applicants Ref No: HRJOB11334 The Role Almac Clinical Services are seeking a Project Group Supervisor to join our Label Services team at our Craigavon site. The Project Group Supervisor will support the CR Label Services Coordinator team by providing people-focused leadership, coaching, workflow stability, and positive team morale. The role strengthens an already strong operational leadership layer by bringing people-first support to a high performing environment. This role is critical to the Label Services departments successful delivery of clinical labelling and associated published materials across global clinical trials. You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Project Co-ordinators, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing team workload, prioritisation and resource planning Developing staff through coaching, feedback and performance management Supporting recruitment and onboarding, of new team members Ensuring adherence to GMP, GxP, SOPs, and Health & Safety requirements Acting as deputy for the Group Manager as required Supporting audits, CAPA activities and regulatory readiness Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projects Communicating Label Services updates cross functionally as needed About You Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK Third level qualification OR significant experience in a similar supervisory or project-based role. Proven project management experience Customer service experience within a regulated or business-to-business environment.
