Commercial Finance Administrator
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales operations? Corroventa is looking for a Part-time (flexible) Commercial Finance Administrator to join their dynamic UK team! This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative and friendly workplace.
What You’ll Do
* Manage invoicing of sales and rental orders using our ERP system.
* Reconcile monthly rental transactions with the sales team.
* Follow up on unpaid invoices and maintain accurate customer records.
* Monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and place internal orders from HQ.
* Prepare import/export documentation and coordinate customs compliance.
* Process supplier invoices and support payment routines.
* Coordinate with our external accounting firm on payroll and monthly reporting.
* Ensure smooth flow of financial documentation and support internal controls.
Requirements
* Proven experience in administrative and financial coordination.
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
