What You’ll Do
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or communication challenges
* Work alongside teachers to adapt learning materials for individual pupils
* Help students build essential life skills including confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
* Contribute to positive behaviour strategies that support an inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and report on pupil progress to the SENCo and wider teaching team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate, driven graduate who:
* Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (through schools, volunteering, or care settings)
* Approaches support with empathy, patience, and adaptability
* Is committed to pursuing a long-term career in education, child development, or therapeutic support
