Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M1 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
Our client has recently secured a new scheme and are seeking their Commercial Lead as the Project Manager is now on board.

About You:
•Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £2-6 million.
•Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
•Reside within commutable distance of Milton Keynes.
•Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
