Are you ready to ignite the future of logistics together? We are looking for a Road Logistics Account Manager to join us in our East Midlands Gateway office. You will drive customer projects and manage escalations within your field of responsibility, truly own the operation and all aspects for the customer. You will work in close cooperation with National Commercial Service Manager to set up new and improve existing processes playing a key role during the implementation phase of new customer activities.
How you create impact
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer and all relevant teams within the customer.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to NCS Manager, Business Manager, Logistics Partner Manager, etc.
* Own overall operational processes, escalations and all other matters for your team and your customer.
* Ensure customer OTIF is met and relevant MI is provided to mitigate failures.
* Manage the roll out of the operational requirement for the new scope.
* Communicate with the customer on a regular basis; verbally, via E-Mail, Teams conferencing and face‑to‑face.
* Support Value Add Initiatives as part of our continuous improvement commitment to the customer.
* Ensuring the operational output is aligned in terms of staff required to the standards expected in the Contract and the original business case.

Qualifications
* Good knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Experience in the Consumer Product sector.
* Understanding of 3PL vs 4PL business models.
* Proficient MS Office skills, especially Excel.
