Role Responsibilities
Depending on your subject specialism, you will:
* Deliver engaging and challenging lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 desirable)
* Support students of all abilities through differentiated teaching
* Foster a love of learning and critical thinking in your subject area
* Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and enrichment activities
* Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and student progress

✅ Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
* A relevant degree in your subject area (Art, History, Geography, or IT)
* Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 level (KS5 desirable)
* A passion for your subject and commitment to high-quality teaching
* Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills

* Familiarity with exam board specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.)
* Experience with practical workshops, fieldwork, or digital tools
* Confidence using technology to enhance learning (especially for IT roles)
* Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular clubs and trips
