The role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Sales, purchases and re‑mortgage transactions
* File management from instruction through to completion
* Time recording and fee management in line with targets
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal processes
* Participating in team meetings and departmental initiatives
* Supporting business development, marketing and networking activity
* Identifying opportunities to introduce clients to other services within the firm
About you
This role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor who:
* Has relevant residential conveyancing experience (PQE flexible)
* Manages files efficiently with attention to detail
* Enjoys working directly with clients and building relationships
* Takes a commercial and solutions‑focused approach
* Works well as part of a collaborative team
