About the role
We’re looking for an adaptable and analytical thinker to join our team to revenue manage properties within our Family of Hotels.
You’ll promote all the hotels, optimise and grow revenue within the business to make sure Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels are seen as “great places to work, great places to stay and great businesses to invest in”.
Contribute with your commercial insight and ambition to the company strategy and growth.
The role is hybrid based at Crieff Hydro, with a mix of 2 or 3 days per week onsite.
Key responsibilities:
* Establish hotel pricing strategies and update accordingly whilst managing inventory and monitor competitors to maximise opportunities.
* With a close eye on the business levels, you’ll offer different promotions accordingly to optimise revenue. Work closely with other departments to promote the business to our customers.
* Work closely with hotel managers and leadership team, compiling reports and communicating our strategy and adapting based on business needs.
* Compile weekly and monthly forecast for all revenue steams across Crieff Hydro, Murraypark and Highland Safari - liaising with key department Heads, discussing business on the books and opportunities to grow.
* Support the Resort Sales team with any training, queries and new rates so that they have the most accurate information for customers.
* Look to understand and contribute to the strategy for the wider Family of Hotels properties and revenue manage these over holiday periods.
