I am recruiting for a Private Equity backed housing provider who are looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to join their leadership team on an interim baseis. This role is to cover a period of sickness and is still a great opportunity to really help grow and develop the Sales and Marketing function ensuring the delivery of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and strategic marketing initiatives. Key focuses will include:
1. Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
2. Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimise results
3. Establish competitive pricing strategies and ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
4. Ensure high levels of customer service from initial enquiries through to post-sale support
5. Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to the board and senior leadership
6. Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
7. Create marketing collateral, brochures, and digital content that appeals to prospective buyers
8. Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and content creation across all platforms
9. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and offline)
10. Schedule all social content
