A leading national strategic land promotion business is looking to strengthen its South East team with the appointment of a Strategic Land & Planning Manager based out of its London office.

The Role
You will play a key role in identifying, promoting, and securing planning permission for strategic land opportunities across London and the South East. Working within an experienced team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of projects—from site acquisition through to planning strategy and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and appraising new strategic land opportunities
* Leading and managing planning promotion strategies
* Managing consultant teams and external stakeholders
* Engaging with local authorities and key planning bodies
* Supporting landowner relationships and negotiations
About You
We are keen to speak with individuals who:
* Are RTPI qualified and ideally also MRICS
* Currently work for a strategic land promotion business or a leading planning/development consultancy
* Have strong experience promoting strategic land through the planning system
* Possess a solid understanding of the South East planning landscape
* Are commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects
