We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a childrens residential home in South Wales. The home provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children and young people, with a focus on stability, development, and positive outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior or shift leader looking to step into a management role and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance at all times. You will help lead the staff team, promote a positive and stable environment for children, and contribute to the ongoing development of the service.

Requirements QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Children and Young People)
Minimum 2 years residential care experience as a shift leader or equivalent
Caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and resilience
Good communication skills
Must be aged 22+Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
