Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our team of Credit Controllers with administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in finance and customer service.
* This role will involve assisting the credit control team with various duties, including setting up new accounts, managing the credit control inbox, and uploading invoices to portals.
* You will also be responsible for chasing overdue debt via telephone and email, establishing and building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining a clean ledger.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing administrative support to the credit control team
* Chasing overdue debt and communicating with customers via phone and email
* Managing the credit control inbox and responding to customer queries
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
