We are currently recruiting Nursery Assistants on behalf of multiple welcoming and well-established nurseries across Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a genuine passion for early years education and a desire to support young children in their learning and development.
These full-time positions involve working as part of a dedicated team to help ensure the nursery runs smoothly and provides a fun, stimulating, and safe environment for all children.
The Role:
1. Support the daily running of the nursery across all age groups
2. Assist with activities that promote development and learning through play
3. Help with mealtimes, nappy changing, and personal care routines
4. Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and welcoming
5. Spend time outdoors with the children each day, encouraging physical activity and exploration
Requirements:
6. A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a nursery or childminding setting
7. A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
8. Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
9. Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining a high standard of care
