Additionally, Quintex’s Ecofix Automatic Duct Cleaning system ensures fire safety, reduces manual cleaning requirements, and promotes eco-friendly practices. Role Description

We're growing, and we need someone brilliant to grow with us. As our new Business Development Manager, you'll be the person who opens doors, starts conversations, and builds the kind of relationships that last. You'll work right across the business, collaborating with our technical and operations teams to understand what we do, and then going out and telling that story to the people who need to hear it.

This isn't a desk-bound sales job. It's a chance to shape how Quintex grows, spot opportunities, explore new markets, and be part of a team excited about where this industry is heading.

You'll have real autonomy, real support, and real impact.



What You'll be Getting Stuck Into

Finding & Developing New Business

▸Spot opportunities in the commercial kitchen, hospitality, food service, and facilities sectors, and go after them.

▸Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and good old-fashioned relationship-building, as well as digital and marketing channels.

▸Get out there, represent Quintex at industry events, trade shows, and sector meetups where the right conversations happen.

▸Bring your ideas on new markets, sectors, and service offerings; we love hearing them.

Building Great Relationships

▸Get to know the people who matter, operators, estate managers, consultants, facilities managers, and understand what they actually need.

▸Listen more than you pitch. The best solutions come from genuinely understanding a client's challenges, not just selling to them.

▸Stay in touch, show up, and be the kind of partner clients recommend to everyone they know.



Winning Work

▸Pitch proposals and presentations that are clear, compelling, and enjoyable to engage with.

▸Navigate commercial conversations with confidence, you know your worth, and you know how to close.

▸Hit your targets and celebrate when you do. We're ambitious, but we're human about it.

▸Share regular forecasts and pipeline updates with the team, no surprises, just good communication.

▸Reflect on what's working and what isn’t and keep sharpening your approach.


Qualifications

* Strong skills in business development, sales strategies, and relationship management
* Proven experience in market research, lead generation, and contract negotiation
* Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
* Strategic and analytical thinking for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
* Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* Understanding of sustainability concepts and energy management is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
