At Derby Bars, we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, hands‑on Events Assistant to help deliver unforgettable experiences across the UK. From the vibrant atmosphere of the Gin & Rum Festival to high-energy Silent Discos, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, helping to create events people will talk about long after the music stops.
While your base will be our Derby warehouse, this role will take you on the road, giving you the chance to work at exciting venues nationwide and be part of the full event journey from build to breakdown.

Your Role
You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality events across the UK by:
* Supporting event setups and de‑rigs on‑site
* Preparing, picking, and loading equipment in the warehouse
* Helping maintain equipment to a high standard
* Keeping workspaces safe, clean, and organised
* Assisting with event planning and logistics when needed
