Product Owner Requirements / Profile

We are looking for aProduct Ownerto establish and execute the product strategy and roadmap for anew B2B digital portalas part of a wider transformation programme.

The scope of the role includes:

* Creating asingle entry point for B2B customersto address currently fragmented and inconsistent customer experiences across multiple portals
* Driving auser, customer and data-driven strategy, supporting a broader transition from process-led thinking touser needs and goal-driven product strategy
* Taking insights and prototypes from adigital CX assessmentand using these as the starting point forproduct definition, roadmap development and feature planning
