As Head of Business Studies, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a high-quality, engaging curriculum across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will lead the development of the department, support teaching and learning initiatives, and inspire students to achieve their full potential in a subject that equips them with essential real-world skills and commercial understanding. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to raising standards, developing innovative curriculum strategies, and fostering a culture of high expectations and academic success.
