As a Merchandising Controller, you’ll be responsible for following our merchandising principles to create and maintain store displays that showcase our product ranges and enhance the shopping experience.
In practice, your job will involve implementing the latest product layouts, working closely with colleagues to ensure our in-store displays look their best and our products are readily available. You’ll follow display guidelines but also use your initiative to simplify processes for colleagues and customers. Additionally, you will assist customers by providing friendly, professional service, offering expert advice to encourage repeat visits.
You will also need to be flexible to ensure a seamless customer experience by working where needed most—whether adapting your work pattern for promotional activities, preparing stores for seasonal events, advising customers on the shop floor, or assisting with replenishment activities.
Previous experience is not required; what matters most is your positive attitude, ability to make things happen quickly, and authenticity. You should be friendly, enjoy helping people, and be comfortable learning to use new technology and gadgets to do your job effectively.
