Description
The key responsibilities of the Part-time Assistant Accountant include:
Preparation of weekly reporting including:
* Profit analysis
* Revenue tracking
* Cost performance insights
Supporting the month-end process, including:
* Overheads review
* Prepayments & accruals
* Maintaining and managing the fixed asset register
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations
* Assisting in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions
Profile
A successful Part Time Assistant Accountant should have:
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the Media & Agency industry.
* A recognised accounting qualification or progress towards one.
* Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
* Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,500 (pro-rata for part-time).
* £32,500 full-time equivalent salary + a performance bonus.
