Sales Support Executive – Vendor Finance – Warrington

Role overview
The successful candidate will:
* Support account managers with administrative tasks.
* Manage deals from initial quote to payout.
* Ensure accurate submission of information, correct completion of lease documents, and liaise with suppliers for deliveries.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and account managers, providing regular updates.
* Upload data onto relevant systems in compliance with GDPR.
* Complete documents accurately, including rates and fees, according to funder or supplier terms.
* Gather information from suppliers, vendors, and customers for credit approval and pass to Underwriting.
* Assist in pre-underwriting due diligence checks.
* Follow up on proposals to ensure timely payout.
* Maintain up-to-date customer records on systems and databases.
* Operate within data protection, compliance, and HR policies.
Skills
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial sector.
Knowledge
Good knowledge of financial calculators, regulatory and compliance requirements, and completing finance and HP agreements.
