What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Advisor?
* Maintaining accurate staff training records using databases and Microsoft systems
* Producing training and compliance reports to support scheduling and planning
* Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
* Updating starters and leavers across training systems
* Monitoring mandatory and statutory training completion
* Highlighting any missing or incomplete training to managers
* Supporting staff with access to training systems and e-learning
* Assisting with the planning, booking and coordination of training sessions and workshops
* Managing bookings and maintaining the L&D calendar
* Supporting the wider team with general administration duties
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* Previous administration, L&D, HR or data-focused experience
* Experience working with databases, systems and reporting
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* A professional approach to work with a positive attitude
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable analysing and working with data
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively within a busy environment
