We're proud to be partnering with one of the best providers in the sector who are seeking a General Manager for their large luxury home in Reigate. We're seeking an experienced manager to provide confident, values‑led leadership and strengthen an already committed team. This role requires someone who brings clarity, presence and the ability to unite people behind a clear operational and cultural direction.
The Role
You will be the visible leader of the home, responsible for quality, compliance, commercial performance and the overall resident and family experience. The home has strong foundations and a capable team, and now requires a GM who can bring consistency, structure and long‑term focus.
A clinical background is preferred as this home has a nursing provision. However, an exceptional non‑clinical GM with a strong track record in managing high‑performing care homes will be considered. A skilled Clinical Services Manager is already in post to support clinical governance and oversight.
The Leadership Team
The supporting structure is strong and ready for a confident, collaborative GM.
* Clinical Services Manager: recently appointed, previously part of a central support function working across multiple homes, bringing strong clinical insight and ambition.
* Care Manager: long‑standing, respected and a consistent presence within the home.
* Wider leadership team is highly experienced and supportive - looking for a GM who brings calm authority, clear expectations, and a people‑centred approach.

* A track record of improving or sustaining strong regulatory outcomes
* Commercial confidence and the ability to drive occupancy and reputation
* A collaborative leadership style that empowers and develops others
* Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
* A clinical background is desirable but not essential
