Are you a true HR Business Partner who loves talent mapping, workforce planning and relationship building?
Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with a growing (and I mean growing!!!) logistics distribution and supply chain organisation with sites throughout the Midlands.
They are looking for a HR Business Partner to take ownership of their workforce planning throughout the UK.
What will you be doing:
* Building relationships with key stakeholders across sites throughout the Midlands
* Doing a needs analysis of each site and division focussing on workforce planning and talent management
* Management of all external agency and recruitment vendor relationships
* Identify future workforce needs based on business strategy, growth, and market changes.
* Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with short- and long-term organisational goals.
* Partner with leaders to ensure strong succession plans are in place for critical roles.
What do they need to see from you:
* Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role
* Proven experience in large talent planning focused projects
* Ability to travel throughout the Midlands to sites when needed
* Open to locations/travel in Nottinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Leicestershire and surrounding areas
