Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
Contract: Full-Time - Permanent
Location: To cover Manchester and the surrounding area

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Skills Coach/Tutor to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in inspiring and supporting apprentices as they work towards their qualifications. From delivering dynamic training sessions to providing one-to-one coaching and assessment, you'll be instrumental in guiding learners towards success.
What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging and interactive group training sessions, including induction
Support apprentices through one-to-one coaching and workplace visits
Assess and provide feedback on apprentices' portfolios
Deliver English and maths Functional Skills up to Level 2
Monitor progress, set challenging targets, and help learners achieve their goals
Maintain high levels of apprentice attendance, retention, and achievement
What We're Looking For:
A background in Early Years with at least three years experience in the sector
Experience delivering training to 16+ learners and adults
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential
A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (or willingness to work towards)
A TAQA or equivalent assessor qualification
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and engaging approach
As this is a peripatetic role, you'll need a full driving licence and access to a car with Business use on Insurance, as training will take place across employer locations.
