Overview
Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client's Distribution Centre in Bradford.
Location: Bradford Distribution Centre
Shift start times 14:00 - 22:00 & 22:00 - 06:00
Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday
Pay Rates:
* Days - £12.21 per hour
* Nights - £13.43 per hour
Your Time at Work
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a daily planner.
* Monitor the accuracy and completion of deliveries.
* Administer delivery documentation during drivers' debrief.
* Handle telephone enquiries from customers, drivers, and internal departments.
* Support additional administrative duties as required by the Transport Shift Manager and operations team.

Candidate Requirements
* Confident and capable communicator.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
* Attention to detail with good time management.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Desirable but Not Essential
* Experience in a transport office.
* Familiarity with Microlise.
