We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to gain hands-on experience in a nurturing environment. As an Apprentice, you will support the daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
* Provide high-quality care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
* Support the management team in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment.
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in childcare practices.
* Help with administrative tasks as required, including record keeping and reporting on children's progress.
Experience
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
* A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications would be beneficial.
* Strong communication skills in English are required to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and management skills are desirable for supporting team dynamics.

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
