The Role: You will lead and coordinate change activities across high-impact digital initiatives, ensuring adoption and minimising resistance across business functions. Working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Networks, and external partners, youll help embed new digital tools and processes into daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective change management strategies aligned with digital goals. Manage stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels in a matrix environment. Design communication and engagement plans to build awareness, understanding, and support for change. Conduct impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to identify and address risks. Support training, measure success metrics, and drive continuous improvement across initiatives. What Youll Bring: Strong experience as a Change Manager, particularly in digital transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
