Our client, a growing business in Horsham, is looking for a Client Relations Executive to join their team & help building relationships with their clients.
*Full driving license is required*
The Role
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone & email, assisting on products & services
2. Make outbound calls to clients & prospects to promote services & nurture relationships
3. Ensure engineers are assigned to the correct jobs & dispatched on time
4. Process payments & manage collections within agreed timescales
5. Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure parts & kits are available for jobs
6. Reconnect with lapsed client & identify opportunities to upsell additional services
7. Support the Business Development Manager by following up on leads & booking appointments for service sign-ups
The Candidate
8. Strong customer service skills & confident personality
9. Eager to learn & develop within the role - less experience considered if you have the right attitude & drive
10. Previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous
11. Full driving license is required
The Package
12. Monday to Friday, 8/8.30am - 5/5.30pm on a rotating schedule
13. Salary of £26,000 - £28,000pa + commission
14. 6-month probation with comprehensive training provided
15. 20 days holiday + BH + Christmas shutdown!
