Cover Supervisors – Secondary SchoolsLocations: Prestatyn, Llangollen, Flint, Wrexham, Ruthin, Wirral & Chester
Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience or take the next step in your education career?Reed Education are proud to be working in partnership with a range of welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools across North Wales and the North West, who are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their teams.
We are currently recruiting for a variety of opportunities including day-to-day supply and short-term assignments for sickness cover.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a productive learning environment
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Support students to stay engaged and complete set work
* Build positive relationships with students and staff
What we’re looking for
* Experience working with young people (education or transferable settings)
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A proactive and adaptable approach to working across different subjects
* A genuine passion for supporting students and education
(A degree is essential)
