A full-service Medical Communications agency is expanding its team and hiring both Senior and Principal Medical Writers. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced writers who are ready to take ownership of brand content and lead the development of high-quality deliverables. The agency works across commercial, Medical Education/ Affairs and Publications, giving you the opportunity to work on what is most aligned with your experience.
They’re looking for individuals with a strong command of medical writing standards and a commitment to excellence. Whether your expertise lies in promotional content, publications, or a blend of both, I’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development, review, and refinement of a wide range of content, including slide decks, sales materials, training resources, reports, and more
* Uphold consistency, scientific accuracy, and adherence to industry style and regulatory standards
* Conduct thorough literature research to inform and strengthen content
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timelines and client expectations are met
* Contribute to internal process improvements, writing guidelines, and editorial best practices
* Support business development efforts by preparing high-quality proposals and pitch materials
* Maintain and refine templates and reference materials to ensure high standards across projects
Requirements
* Proven experience in medical writing (3+ years for Senior, 5+ years for Principal level)
* Strong understanding of medical communication standards and regulatory guidelines
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables and content types with attention to detail
* Exceptional scientific writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Familiarity with reference management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
