Autism Support Specialist – Primary School, Crosby
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday, term-time only) until July 2026
Pay Rate: £13.75 – £15.66 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with ASC
Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, calm, and engaging learning environments
Supporting sensory regulation, emotional wellbeing, and social development
Helping prepare resources and activities that meet individual learning needs
Collaborating with staff and external professionals to ensure consistent support
✅ What We’re Looking For:
A caring and patient individual with a strong interest in supporting children with ASC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to complete CPD and specialist training (provided)
Ability to work effectively within a supportive team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
