We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office team. In this permanent role, you’ll manage customer complaints as part of a wider customer service remit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound complaints from customers, providing clear, professional and timely communication.
Investigate complaints and liaise with internal teams to reach appropriate resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of complaints and actions taken, ensuring compliance with company processes.
Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous process improvements.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, remaining calm and professional in challenging situations.
Support wider customer service activities as required, contributing to team goals and performance.Person Specification:
Friendly, confident and customer-focused approach.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in an office-based environment.
Calm and professional under pressure, particularly when handling challenging complaints.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
