We are seeking a talented Customer Service Agent (German Language) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with our clients. You will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in handling customer complaints and feedback.
This is a rotational shift position, with five different shifts available. You will be working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
