Class1 Personnel are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join a team, providing a high-quality experience to all clients and colleagues. You should as a Business Support Administrator be able to work effectively under pressure within a busy/diverse environment, show a keen eye for detail and ensure data input accuracy, adhere to process and compliance requirements, work well as part of a team, and be able to challenge senior team members professionally if requests do not adhere to process. £12.60 per hour for the Business Support Administrator Working hours are on a rota which operates on a 3-week rolling schedule of 2 weeks of normal 9-5.30pm in the office followed by a 1-week winter shift (6am - 2.30pm / 2pm - 10.30pm / 10pm - 6.30am) on a rolling basis, working from home. This equates to approx. 9 weeks of winter shifts, over the period with additional payments on top of salary for the shifts worked. The Business Support Administrator should ideally be able to: have experience working within a service delivery or contact centre, possess strong IT skills, and demonstrate a high level of communication skills with the ability to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner. They should have the ability to interact and communicate as appropriate with their audience, which will encompass colleagues, technicians, contract and performance managers, and third-party suppliers.
